A delightful home away from home
The staff's warm welcome made our stay feel special. Our room was spacious and filled with natural light. The kitchen facilities were convenient for preparing light meals. We loved the nearby botanical gardens and the peaceful atmosphere.
The only downside was the lack of a stovetop, which limited cooking options. Parking was also a bit tricky, but manageable. The room did become quite warm at night.

Dunedin vibes are lekker! 🌿
Got some solid tips from chommie at reception, like hitting up Mount Cargill—views that will blow your socks off! The shower? Flippen awesome, just what I needed after a long day of exploring. Clean facilities, felt comfy all around!
Parking was a bit of a squeeze, but we managed fine.

i thought i’d be spoiled here but the mattress was so hard i thought i was sleeping on concrete! also, the bathroom reeked like dirty shoes, truely charming. Of course, i didn’t receive that complimentary room upgrade i was expecting. i almost gave a good review, but the less-than-favorable odors ruined it.

A Cozy Refuge During Our Stay
We truly enjoyed our spacious two-bedroom unit, equipped with a full kitchen. It felt like home while we were coping with challenging circumstances. The staff were incredibly accommodating. For future guests, I recommend enjoying a meal at nearby eateries to diversify your dining experience.

Had a braw stay! The spacious loft was pure class with cracking views after hiking Mount Cargill. The only bump was the tight parking—definitely snug for big cars. But, the friendly staff made it feel like home!

The bathroom in our room was nicely spacious with hot water flowing just right, making it a cozy spot after a long day's travel. The location is pretty good too, just a 20-minute walk into the main town and across the road from some beautiful gardens.
Parking was a bit of a squeeze, especially for compact cars, and using the shower felt like a game of Twister—definitely a tight fit if you're tall. The room's layout was cramped with limited space for luggage and the mattress could use some serious upgrading. it felt like it had seen better days. WiFi was an issue, being unsecured and prone to dropping out. If your neighbors decide to have conversations at night, good luck getting any peace. the experience wasn't as stellar as I hoped.
